Return and Refund Policy
Our standard return policy lasts for 14 days from the date we receive your package. If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be in defective or damaged condition (not a problem with your size choice, for example)
Perishable products such as gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition or intentionally damaged
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery - Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted (4-7 days). If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at email@example.com
